If you have an Internet connection, you can have the software retrieve the latest program release and update announcements from our web site; you can also, if you have write-access privileges to the directory where the software has been installed, configure the program to automatically download and install updates for the software. For either option, select Options > Setup General Options then click on Internet in the left-side navigation panel.

Checking this box causes the program to periodically check our web site for updates; if any are found, they are downloaded and installed the next time the software is started.
Check geosystemsoftware.com for news updates
If this box is checked the software will periodically check GEOSYSTEM Software's web site for news regarding new releases, patches, free downloadable log forms and program add-ons. The software's opening screen shows any news items found.
