Adding Logos to GEOSYSTEM Reports

GEOSYSTEM for Windows modules usually display a one to three line company identifier (such as the company name, site, etc.) on all hardcopy reports that include a chart. At the time of your order, you may opt to have us replace this with a graphic logo that you supply as a .BMP, .PNG or .JPEG file. We are not graphic artists, so please do not ask us to touch up the logo, convert it, scan it in, add a line of address, etc.

GEOSYSTEM for Windows modules support two basic report formats, distinguished by the size of the plate area allocated for displaying the name of your organization. The following table lists the maximum logo dimensions (widthxheight) supported by each lab. program: your logo will need to be no larger.

Only custom forms, created by GEOSYSTEM, can have logos. For a quote for a custom form, send a sample of your desired form and a price will be provided.

Notes:

  • If you don't send a logo at the proper size, the programs can do their own resizing to make it fit; however, you may find that the resized logo appears too small for the title block, or that the logo is not of sufficient quality.

  • Make sure that your logo includes your company name and not just a graphic. We may also require that you add your office location (city,state) in some cases.

  • PROCTOR includes several report forms which feature a text version of your organization name centered at the bottom of the report frame (e.g., PRSINGLE): these reports cannot include a logo. Additionally, you cannot have a logo included on any of the program's data summary reports.

To have your logo included on lab. module reports, please e-mail one or two logo files by using the link listed at the bottom of this page. We'll let you know if the format is OK and what charges would be involved. If the logo is included at the time the software is purchased and if the logo is supplied to us in the proper format, there's no cost; otherwise, fees are similar to those for a licensee name change.
