Unsupported 16-Bit Application

Problem: During installation, the installer displays an error dialog titled "Unsupported 16-Bit Appication". The dialog's contents may say something like "The program or feature ... cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows...".

Explanation: 64-bit versions of Windows are not compatible with older applications, including your GEOSYSTEM package.

Solution: It is not possible to "patch" the software to correct the incompatibility; an upgrade to a newer GEOSYSTEM program version is required. Please use our support contact form to request information on what upgrades would be required for your office, as well as the cost involved.
